What are Corporate Wellness Programs?

Corporate Wellness Programs are methods designed for employees to increase productivity, boost morale and reduce stress in the workplace. 

If you are searching for ways to reduce stress within your organization, help employees respond rather than react to situations and cultivate kindness toward themselves and others, Breathe Mindfulness can help you reach these goals. 

This Corporate Wellness Program, "Mindful Living," is offered as a 4-week series or a 2-hour presentation. Employees will learn mindfulness meditation techniques which are easy to learn and do, and with practice achieve noticeable results. It is a secular practice and has been shown to corporate executives at Wells Fargo and Ingersoll Rand to name a few. 

The 4-Week Mindful Living Series consists of 90-minute classes for four weeks and includes a workbook for reflection and coaching between sessions. Home exercises are suggested to establish a mindfulness practice. Both the 4-Week Mindful Living Series and the 2-hour presentation are educational comprised of experiential learning and sharing as this all-important aspect of well-being is explored. No previous experience of meditation is necessary. Arrangements for private instruction is available upon request.
