About Breathe Mindfulness
Mimi Sherman is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher in the Lake Norman area, just 25 minutes north of Charlotte, NC. Mimi's method of teaching is a blend of her Zen background and training in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) approach. Her style engages mindfulness meditation for beginners and those with an established practice who wish to go deeper.
Mindful Living for Men Series
Mondays, May 4, 14 & 21 | 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
The 3-Week Mindfulness Series for Men explores time-tested mindfulness mediation techniques that teach you how to gently work with your mind to let go of negativity and constant chatter. The program consists of 1 1/2 hour classes each week, instruction and experiential learning with a workbook for reflection and coaching between classes.
Private instruction can also be arranged upon request.
